She fondly remembers learning the art of pasta-making from her mother at such a young age. “The kitchen would come alive as the smell of garlic, basil, tomatoes, and rosemary filled the room and told stories of our Italian heritage,” she reminisces. Pricilla’s dedication to authenticity and quality ingredients is evident in every dish on La Pastaia’s menu.
Maria, the lead floor manager, has played a pivotal role in transforming La Pastaia into a tribute to her family’s restaurant in Sicily. La Pastaia Italian restaurant reflects Venetian like attributes evoking a sense of nostalgia to Maria. She says, “It fills my heart with nostalgia and excitement as I embark on this new chapter together, embracing the timeless bond that food and family weave into my life.”

Priscilla’s personal favorites, inspired by her childhood memories, include Mafalde all Barca. Homemade marinara with ricotta cheese served in a roasted eggplant. Another favorite being the Spigola dish. Freshly caught sea bass, herb-crusted, served with champagne emulsion.
